And the best thing is, the breakdown service is free of charge for you. This is thanks to your TCS membership. You will receive the TCS membership as a gift for the first year after the car purchase and will receive a renewal offer before the end of the breakdown service. Should you decide not to renew, we will still be available to you 24 hours a day (subject to a charge).

When you buy a car, we will give you a free breakdown service membership for at least one year. It is important to know that we are there for you, even in the event of a breakdown.
If you contact us on our hotline, your vehicle will be delivered directly to us by the breakdown service. The advantage of this is clear: we know your car, we know you, we know what to do. You can rest assured that your vehicle is in good hands and is given the necessary priority. Our customer service representatives will contact you shortly after receiving the car to discuss an initial diagnosis and how best to proceed with the repair.
